Very easy to book, pickup and drop. The car was amazing, luxury as expected. As a young family we had plenty of space for all of our little one’s things (stroller, car seat, carry cot and shopping). The only small thing we would say about the car is that it has noticeably been used extensively. The car could probably do with servicing to smoothen the steering wheel experience and improve the sharpness of the brakes. But overall this didn’t ruin our experience!
